Christmas Delivery Times
The last postage date offered for orders to reach you before Christmas* will be the Monday 13th December 2021. Any orders placed after midnight of the 13th will still be processed but there is a chance it may not arrive in time for the big day.
*This is not guaranteed, but gives the couriers a bit more time to get your package to you.
Orders of £50 or over qualify for free delivery. Please note that certain products (pressurised spray cans, etc) will require an excess courier charge.
Collect From Store
Please select this option at checkout to collect your order from Duke's Gaming, 4a Castle Mews, Pontypool, NP4 6BU. Please note, you will be asked for a shipping address but your order will only be available as a collection option. It will not be dispatched to you but held on reserve in the store for 14 days.
With Covid restrictions in place, we are trialing local deliveries. Products are currently only available for local delivery around Cwmbran including the following postcode areas NP4, NP7 5, NP7 9, NP10 0, NP10 9, NP18 1, NP18 3, NP19, NP20, NP44.
All deliveries placed before Midnight on Mondays will be delivered on Wednesdays between 9am and 5pm.
Parcels will be delivered to their destination within 2-5 working days, however this is not guaranteed. Full tracking will be available as soon as the package has been accepted by the courier.

Spray Cans: 2-5 Working Days Delivery via 3rd Party Courier
Gaming Mats: 2-5 Working Days Delivery via My Hermes Courier
Usually everything displayed on our site as "In Stock" is present in our warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of stock out confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released or payment refunded as relevant in line with our Payment Terms, to the extent that the out of stock item forms part of a larger order, all other goods ordered by the customer will be dispatched in the normal way.
It is our objective to achieve on time delivery on all orders. We monitor our delivery partners in order to track that delivery is successful.
We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once dispatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Duke's Gaming cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time or any additional costs incurred by delayed/misrouted/lost orders.
